Hilary resides in Chippewa Township, PA with her husband Thomas and her pet cockatiels Doodle and Strudel. She worked in technology sales for the majority of her career, but real estate was always her passion. When she moved to Pennsylvania in 2019, she began to invest in real estate with her husband and quickly learned that her passion and skills were aligned with helping other investors grow their portfolios. While investors are her specialty, she also loves helping veterans and first time home buyers gain the joy of home ownership. She also currently sits on the board of ACRE of Beaver County as the Vice President as well as the Ambridge Community Development Committee. She is passionate about the improvement of communities and growth of small business in Western Pennsylvania.

I grew up in Ohioville and now live in Greentree with my wife, daughter and handsome dog, Max.

Prior to becoming a Real Estate Agent, my entire career of 36 years was spent selling mostly in the Industrial, Telecommunications and Information Technology space. In addition to being a rep, I also managed a team of sales reps on two separate occasions.

My real estate career began in 2002 when I bought my first investment property. Since then I have purchased multiple rental properties, managing all of them as well as completing a number of creative finance transactions.

The combination of sales and investment experience has provided me with a broad range of marketing and negotiation skills which enable the best possible outcome for my clients

Marguerite was raised in central Pennsylvania and attended Edinboro University, near Erie. After earning degrees in Speech and Hearing Disorders, and then a Master's in Psychology, she decided to relocate and bought her first house in Ambridge back in 2007. She has stayed in and around Beaver County ever since, and currently resides in Moon Township with her children. Her career in real estate started in 2021 when she started purchasing multi-family properties. After finding her passion for real estate, she felt the next natural step in her career was to become a licensed agent and work in property management.
